    NOTICE ON FILING WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

    Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštitipotrošača) (Official Gazette no. 41/14), we inform the users that they can file a complaint against the quality of our services in writing, at our business premises, and that the receipt of the said complaint will be immediately confirmed in writing.     We will respond to the written consumer complaint in writing no later than 15 days after the complaint is received.
