Villa Rusticana is situated between Stari Grad and Vrboska, near the villages of Basina, bordering the UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain. The property size is 8500 m2 with four stone cottages reconstructed in traditional Mediterranean style. It consists of the main house (120 m2) and three additional ones (76 m2 each), private outdoor pool with a heating system and rich vegetation with Mediterranean herbs and plants such as olive, lemon, rosehip, orange, grape, pear, apple, fig & cherry trees, grapevine and artichokes. The main house consists of a wine cellar basement, ground floor with a big kitchen, dining room for up to 14 people, living room with an indoor fireplace, bathroom and two bedrooms both having private bathroom with shower. There are two more gorgeous attic bedrooms, also with private bathrooms. In the first additional house you can find a big, old fireplace and a dining area for up to 10 people. In the second one, you can find a technical room with a washer and iron facilities together with a small bedroom with shower intended for a service staff accommodation. In the third one there is a big bedroom with private bathroom.
